
- Fanan Falafel balls
- Lettuce
- Small tomatoes cherry or other
- Lemon
- Sea salt
- Fanan primum 100% olive oil
- Chopped parsley
Place the lettuce and the half’s cherry tomatoes in a big bowl for mixing, squeeze on top lemon juice drizzle on top a Fanan premium 100% extra virgin olive oil, season it with some sea salt, mix it all and place it in a serving bowl. put on top hot falafel ball and dress it all with tahina sauce, garnish it with chopped parsley.
