Description
Tahini or tahina is a creamy dip made from hulled sesame seeds, one of the most ancient cereals in the world. It can be used as an ingredient for both sweet and savoury dishes, but spicy, garlicky and lemony tahini is the best. It’s great on fresh bread and toast or with crisps, and it retains its high copper, zinc, calcium and magnesium content however you eat it.
